I bought a cocoa bean charm from the same retailer several years ago but unfortunately, my partner lost it. I returned to the same retailer to replace it - the charm looked exactly the same online, but when it arrived, it was considerably smaller - too small for the other charms it used to hang alongside. It cost roughly the same as a few years ago, which - perhaps - should have been a clue - but the postage was more than double. The retailer is, or course, entitled to sell smaller charms - I should have checked the dimensions and should not have assumed that a product that looks the same from the same retailer would have been the same size - and if the cost of postage has risen, she can't be blamed for that either. Nevertheless, in trying to replace a lost charm, I have had to pay considerably more to get a smaller item.
